1.1. This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Glorify Affiliate Programme (the “Affiliate Programme”).
1.2. Under this program, you (the “Affiliate”) are eligible to receive commissions for referring users to the Glorify Service. You may legally advertise the Glorify Service and Glorify Website to receive a commission from memberships and products purchased by users referred to Glorify by your own website or personal referrals.
1.3. By creating an account with Glorify you accept these terms, along with our Glorify Terms of Service (https://www.glorify.com/terms-of-service) and all other relevant terms and conditions. Do not participate in the Affiliate Programme if you do not wish to be bound by these terms.
1.4. Please read these Affiliate Programme Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before you refer a user to us.
1.5. The Affiliate Programme is void where prohibited by law.
2.1. In order to become an Affiliate, you must write to us applying to become an Affiliate. We may reject or accept your application in our sole discretion. By submitting an application, you agree to these Affiliate Programme Terms. The application can be accessed here: https://www.glorifyapp.com/affiliate-optin
3.1. Any purchase made by a Glorify user referred by you to create a Glorify Account and purchase a membership subscription (a “Qualifying Purchase”) (together a “Referred User”) will earn commission for the Affiliate.
3.2. An Affiliate will receive a commission in the form of a fixed amount or a percentage of the total membership plan purchased by a Referred User.
3.3. Commissions will be paid after 60 days after the date a Referred User has purchased a membership subscription, subject to the following conditions:
3.3.1. The Referred User must remain an active user of the Glorify Service for 60 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase.
3.3.2. Glorify may decide, in its sole discretion and on a reasonable basis, whether a commission has been wrongly attributed to an affiliate. To compensate for commissions wrongly attributed to an affiliate - for any unforeseen reason - Glorify has the right to request a refund from the affiliate or reduce future commissions equivalent to the wrongly credited sum.
3.3.3. A Qualifying Purchase cannot result in a refund or chargeback.
3.3.4. An Affiliate cannot refer themselves.
3.4. Commissions may be subject to tax in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying any tax due on any commissions that you receive.
4.1. You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the Glorify site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
4.2. You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the Terms.

6.1. Affiliates may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice for any of the following reasons:
(a) Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
(b) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
(c) Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
(d) Violation of intellectual property rights. Glorify LTD reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Glorify in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
(e) Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Glorify, however, is acceptable.
(f) Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
6.2. Glorify may terminate any Affiliate at any time in its sole discretion.
7.1. Glorify will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Affiliate Programme and/or to our website(s) or supporting third-party websites such as Clickfunnels or our payment processor (Stripe).We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Programme and/or the memberships or products sold by Glorify.
8.1. The term of the Affiliate Programme begins upon your acceptance as an Affiliate and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
8.2. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Affiliate Programme will constitute your acceptance of any change.
9.1. Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Glorify and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorised by Glorify to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Affiliate Programme due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
10.1. This Affiliate Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Affiliate Programme shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
10.2. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Affiliate Programme, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees
11.1. Glorify reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with our affiliate policy. Glorify maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any fraudulent activity and abuse in the Affiliate Programme. This includes but is not limited to, any attempts to artificially inflate referred users, conversions, or commissions.
11.2. If we suspect an Affiliate of engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse, we reserve the right to suspend the Affiliate's account pending an investigation of the alleged activities.
11.3. Upon initial suspicion, we will contact the Affiliate to arrange a meeting to discuss and resolve the issue. Failure to respond or engage in this process in a meaningful way may result in immediate suspension and potential termination of the Affiliate's account.
11.4. In the event that Glorify suspects any fraudulent activities or violations of the affiliate agreement, Glorify may, at its discretion, request the affiliate to provide additional information for identity verification and promotional methods employed.
11.5. Upon receiving a request from Glorify, the affiliate agrees to promptly provide accurate and verifiable identity details, including but not limited to their full legal name, contact information, and any other relevant identification documents requested by Glorify.
11.6. Additionally, the affiliate agrees to furnish information regarding the methods used to promote Glorify, including marketing strategies, website URLs, social media accounts, email campaigns, and any other promotional channels utilized to refer customers to Glorify.
11.7. Failure to comply with the identity verification process or refusal to provide information about promotional methods may result in the temporary suspension of affiliate commissions until the requested details are provided to Glorify's satisfaction.
11.8. Glorify assures that all identity and promotional information provided by the affiliate will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of verifying compliance with the affiliate policy and ensuring the integrity of the Glorify affiliate program.
11.9. If the meeting and evidence provided fail to resolve the issue or if the investigation confirms fraudulent or abusive activity, Glorify reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's account immediately.
11.10. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, the Affiliate forfeits all pending commissions and is permanently barred from future participation in the Affiliate Programme. The decision of Glorify in these matters will be final and binding.
11.11. Glorify further reserves the right to pursue legal actions against any Affiliate found to be involved in fraudulent activity or abuse.
By participating in the Glorify affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this clause, and you consent to Glorify's right to request and verify your identity and promotional methods in the event of any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violations of the affiliate agreement.
