1.1. This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Glorify Affiliate Programme (the “Affiliate Programme”).

1.2. Under this program, you (the “Affiliate”) are eligible to receive commissions for referring users to the Glorify Service. You may legally advertise the Glorify Service and Glorify Website to receive a commission from memberships and products purchased by users referred to Glorify by your own website or personal referrals.

1.3. By creating an account with Glorify you accept these terms, along with our Glorify Terms of Service (https://www.glorifyapp.com/terms-of-service) and all other relevant terms and conditions. Do not participate in the Affiliate Programme if you do not wish to be bound by these terms.

1.4. Please read these Affiliate Programme Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before you refer a user to us.

1.5. The Affiliate Programme is void where prohibited by law.

2.1. In order to become an Affiliate, you must write to us applying to become an Affiliate. We may reject or accept your application in our sole discretion. 3.1. Any purchase made by a Glorify user referred by you to create a Glorify Account and purchase a membership subscription (a “Qualifying Purchase”) (together a “Referred User”) will earn commission for the Affiliate.  

3.2. An Affiliate will receive a commission in the form of a fixed amount or a percentage of the total membership plan purchased by a Referred User.

3.3. Commissions will be paid after 60 days after the date a Referred User has purchased a membership subscription, subject to the following conditions:

3.3.1. The Referred User must remain an active user of the Glorify Service for 60 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase.

3.3.2. A Qualifying Purchase cannot result in a refund or chargeback.

3.3.3. An Affiliate cannot refer themselves.

3.4. Commissions may be subject to tax in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying any tax due on any commissions that you receive.

4.1. You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the Glorify site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

4.2. You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the Terms.

6.1. Affiliates may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice for any of the following reasons:

(a) Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).

(b) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).

(c) Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.

(d) Violation of intellectual property rights. Glorify LTD reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Glorify in order to protect our intellectual property rights.

(e) Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Glorify, however, is acceptable.

(f) Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

6.2. Glorify may terminate any Affiliate at any time in its sole discretion.

7.1. Glorify will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Affiliate Programme and/or to our website(s) or supporting third-party websites such as Clickfunnels or our payment processor (Stripe).We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Programme and/or the memberships or products sold by Glorify.

8.1. The term of the Affiliate Programme begins upon your acceptance as an Affiliate and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.

8.2. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Affiliate Programme will constitute your acceptance of any change.

9.1. Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Glorify and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorised by Glorify to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Affiliate Programme due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.

10.1. This Affiliate Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Affiliate Programme shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

10.2. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Affiliate Programme, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees
